SNWA will rebate customers $1.50 per square foot of grass removed and replaced with xeriscape with no cap on maximum square footage.

The Water Authority has several programs to motivate businesses to manage their water use as efficiently as they do their day-to-day operations. Make the most of your resources by taking advantage of these rebates and programs:
Rebates for smart controllers and rain sensors also are available to non-single family properties. Commercial and multifamily customers can receive a rebate of $40 per valve up to 50 percent of the cost of a smart controller. The rebate available for businesses on rain sensors is good for 50 percent of the cost up to $25.
