The hour-long documentary is the second part of Jim Thebaut's "Running Dry" project, and it explores the drought's impact on vital water sources such as Lake Mead, conservation, the consequences of urban growth and water policy.
The "Running Dry" documentary was filmed at diverse locations including the Navajo and Hopi Indian reservations, Las Vegas and Capitol Hill
Actress Jane Seymour narrates the film, which features interviews with policymakers, members of Congress and leading water officials in the Southwest, including SNWA General Manager Patricia Mulroy.
