Twisted Myrtle
Myrtus communis 'Boetica'

Upright, dense, irregular habit. Interesting twisting branches. Glossy, bright to dark green leaves with pointed tips. Aromatic when bruised. Lightly fragrant creamy white flowers. Attracts bees. Small dark blue berries. Specimen plant. Prune lightly in late winter to enhance the twisted form. Does best with amended, well-draining soils. Becomes chlorotic when over-watered.
