Penstemon triflorus
Long flower-baring stems with growing up from a low rosette of leaves at the base. Leaves are glossy green, triangular-shaped, with toothed margins. Pink tubular flowers with dark pink stripes (nectar guides) coming out of the throat. Bees and hummingbirds love the flowers and the seeds are a food source for birds. May self-sow in the landscape. Cut stems off at the base after flowers spent or after seeds sown.
